Pocket Bridge Website and Application Terms

Effective date: 17 July 2026

These Terms govern access to the Pocket Bridge website and the submission of applications for short-term payroll advances. By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Pocket Bridge Privacy Policy.

Submitting an application does not create a loan agreement, guarantee approval or require Pocket Bridge to offer an advance. If an application is approved, the customer will receive a separate agreement showing the approved amount, fixed service fee, total repayment, due date and other binding terms. That separate agreement must be accepted before funds are disbursed.

Pocket Bridge provides advances from its own business funds. Pocket Bridge does not provide customer deposit accounts, remittance, currency exchange, stored-value wallets or third-party payment-processing services.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Reside in the Cayman Islands.

  • Be employed and receive verifiable income.

  • Provide valid identification, proof of address, employment details and income evidence.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.

  • Meet Pocket Bridge’s affordability, verification and manual-review requirements.

Meeting these requirements does not guarantee approval.

Applications and Verification

Applicants must provide complete, current and accurate information. Pocket Bridge may:

  • Verify identity, address, employment, income, pay cycle and payday.

  • Contact the employer or its authorized representative where the applicant has provided authorization.

  • Request additional documents or clarification.

  • Use an internal Trust Score to support manual review.

  • Decline, limit or condition an application based on affordability, verification, fraud risk, available lending capital or other legitimate considerations.

False, altered, misleading or fraudulent information may result in rejection, account restriction or other lawful action.

One Active Advance

Unless Pocket Bridge expressly agrees otherwise in writing, a customer may have only one active Pocket Bridge advance at a time. A customer with an unpaid, overdue or defaulted advance will not qualify for another advance.

Advance Amounts and Repayment Terms

Pocket Bridge may offer approved advances from CI$100 up to a maximum of CI$500. The amount advertised as “up to CI$500” is not guaranteed. Approved amounts depend on verification, affordability, Trust Score, repayment history, available capital and manual review.

Available repayment terms are matched to the applicant’s verified pay cycle:

  • Weekly-paid applicants may request 7, 14 or 30 days.

  • Biweekly-paid applicants may request 14 or 30 days.

  • Monthly-paid applicants may request 30 days only.

Pocket Bridge may approve a different amount or permitted repayment term from the one requested.

Fixed Service Fees

The proposed standard fixed service fees are:

  • 7-day term: 7.5% of the approved advance.

  • 14-day term: 10% of the approved advance.

  • 30-day term: 15% of the approved advance.

Pocket Bridge does not charge an upfront application, processing, approval or membership fee. An approved customer receives the full approved advance amount. The fixed service fee is added to the repayment balance.

Before accepting an advance, the customer will be shown:

  • The approved advance amount.

  • The fixed service fee.

  • The total amount repayable.

  • The repayment due date.

  • Any other applicable terms.

Website examples are illustrative. The separate customer agreement governs the actual advance.

Disbursement and Repayment

Approved funds will be transferred from Pocket Bridge’s business account to the customer’s verified bank account. Pocket Bridge does not provide cash disbursement.

The customer must repay the total amount due by bank transfer to the Pocket Bridge business account on or before the agreed due date. Payment is not complete until cleared funds are received.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate bank-transfer information.

  • Using their own verified bank account unless Pocket Bridge approves otherwise in writing.

  • Allowing sufficient time for the transfer to clear.

  • Keeping contact, employment and pay-cycle information current.

  • Contacting Pocket Bridge promptly if they expect difficulty making payment.

Late or Missed Payments

A late or missed payment may result in:

  • Repayment reminders or formal notices.

  • Suspension of access to future advances.

  • Reduction of the customer’s Trust Score or borrowing limit.

  • Account default status.

  • Reasonable and lawful recovery action.

  • Other consequences stated in the separate customer agreement.

Pocket Bridge will not impose a late charge unless it has been clearly disclosed in the customer agreement and permitted by applicable law.

Extensions and Rollovers

Extensions or rollovers are not automatically available. Any approved extension must be documented in writing and must clearly disclose the revised due date, repayment amount and applicable terms. No additional funds will be issued merely because an extension is granted.

Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Submit false, altered, stolen or misleading information or documents.

  • Impersonate another person or apply without lawful authority.

  • Attempt to access another applicant’s information.

  • Interfere with the website, security controls or application process.

  • Upload malicious files or use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Submit banking passwords, PINs, security codes or online-banking login credentials.

Pocket Bridge may restrict access, decline an application or take lawful action where misuse or fraud is suspected.

Website Information and Availability

Pocket Bridge aims to keep website information accurate and current but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will always be error-free. Pocket Bridge may correct errors, update content, change eligibility rules or temporarily suspend website functions.

Nothing on this website constitutes guaranteed approval, financial advice or a binding offer of credit. Only a separate agreement accepted by Pocket Bridge and the customer creates a binding advance.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the Pocket Bridge Privacy Policy and applicable Cayman Islands data-protection requirements.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pocket Bridge is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website interruption, unauthorized misuse, third-party services or inaccurate information supplied by an applicant. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

Pocket Bridge may update these Terms when its services, policies or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
